Why is the use of awareness based recruitment so crucial in executive search?

Understanding and matching the levels of awareness between our client and the candidate increases the likelihood of securing a candidate who is guided by similar values, understands the world in a way similar to that of the client, and properly understands the meanings of the words spoken by the client (supposedly known and obvious).

Why is this so important?

Different levels of human awareness are characterized by the differing levels of weight attributed to words.

Although the meaning of any given word is known, words are understood in different ways at different levels of human awareness.

The meanings of the words in the language we use are reflected through the perspectives of economists and researchers of human behaviour as well as spiritual development leaders.
