We firmly believe that in order to develop the desired competencies in employees, leaders, and successors evolution and transformation of the organisation/ talent managementis a fundamental task for any organization.

The organization is defined by its creator and inscribed in the mission of its existence which defines its culture, its values, and relations with each of its stakeholders. It begins with the awareness and mission created by the inventor.

Our client’s mission, vision, and values together with their level of awareness and corporate culture form the foundation on which we build when establishing a service plan, both in evolution/transformation and in shaping the development of optimal human potential necessary to fulfil the intended purpose – our client’s mission.

As with any learning process, transformation changes not only our thoughts, behaviours and beliefs but also our level of awareness and consciousness. It requires us to examine our truth and deeper level knowledge, to take action and gain the information necessary to acquire new skills and clear the way for higher levels of understanding and achievements.

Transformation begins with opening the self to new ideas, information, and awareness. New information inspires concepts and possibilities which we can develop, test and finally determine the degree to which they work for us. This phase of transformation is an exploration, a seeking out of the unknown and a stretching of our beliefs. This newly acquired information must be assessed and examined to establish how it can be utilized and what it means for the evolution of the employer, the employee and their roles in the organization.
The second phase of transformation occurs when an employee begins to integrate the information. They determine how the vision, values and strategies will be put into practice and how they will evolve and build their career in congruence with the mission of the organization.
The last phase of transformation comprises the mobilization of employees. Each employee will evolve with the organization in powerful and fulfilling ways if they are aligned with the organization's mission.
One of the primary lessons we learn as we transform and evolve together with the renewed organization is the lesson of discipline. We incorporate its principles and gain the ability to control our physical, emotional, and intellectual functioning enabling us to succeed at higher levels. We assess employees’ levels of discipline and connection to the organization’s mission.
The ability to evolve in harmony with the mission of the organization is a primary goal. When an employee operates within the framework of the values and objectives outlined in the mission, they demonstrate that they have chosen to succeed in accordance with the intent of the organization’s owner.
We support the organization in the management of change to limit the negative effects of the separation between the organization and their employees. During this process, we offer solutions based on awareness at all levels of the organization: management, employees remaining in the organization and those leaving it.

Working with dismissed employees, we activate them in the labour market through intensive collaboration with them. Through coaching and other methods, we make them aware of their competencies and options in order to make them self-determined and independent.
